Next, we do “close-ups” of items you wish to single out for their higher financial or sentimental value. Then, we scan any related documents, from warranties and appraisals to family stories. The photos and information are coded and can be compiled into 3 different formats. You can choose to receive a printed color catalogue, a digital copy, and/or paper files.
If you prefer an online subscription solution, we can also load your information directly into Pinventory®, a 3rd- party subscription app and web program that allows you to track and change your home inventory and so much more. These end products assist you in tracking and proving ownership of your possessions. Your insurance agent can use the inventory to ensure you have the proper coverage now and to help make the filing of any future claims easier and faster. In the case of theft, you will be able to provide the police with much more detailed information. Your estate planner can use the inventory to better plan and execute your estate documents and facilitate a smoother transition of property and information between generations.
